Riding workshop
Riding workshop is constructed for 3 meetings
first meeting- we'll ride around some obstacles which will assist us in placing our bodies in the proper form on the bike during turns and light jumps
We will learn how to use our bicycle using basic peddling, how to switch gears properly, and up to using all elements of the bikes frame
Second meeting- we will use what we learned in the previous meeting in a sterile environment and take it up a step to the riding grounds and start doing the real thing. You will encounter hills, downhill rides, steps, emergency brakes simulations, and properly using our body weight while riding
Third meeting-track riding: how to hchoose the right paths and lane during riding, what are the proper line guidelines for the ultimate ride.
We will choose the most common subject concerning the group and discuss it in detail.
The workshop includes a final ride as a group involving all elements taught in the lessons, and get you peddling the proper way.
The workshops is limited to 5 riders per group
